Brian G. LeMoine is an Associate Attorney at the Nexus Law Group. Brian has a wide ranging litigation experience, representing clients in both federal and state courts.
Brian joined Nexus Law Group as an experienced trial attorney. Prior to joining, he successfully prosecuted criminal cases as a Deputy City Attorney, conducting numerous jury and bench trials. Brian’s trial experience extends to all phases of trial, including: negotiating plea bargains, preparing witnesses for testimony, jury selection, opening statements, direct examination of both lay and expert witnesses, cross examination, arguing evidentiary issues, and closing arguments.
Prior to service as a Deputy City Attorney, Brian was actively involved in civil defense and business crisis management, including the representation of corporations facing multi-million dollar civil litigations, as well charges from the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice. He has conducted internal corporate investigations and seen clients through any necessary disclosure, resolution, and attendant civil litigation.
Brian earned his B.A. from UC Davis and his J.D from the University of San Diego. While at the University of San Diego, Brian earned the highest marks in both courtroom advocacy and appellate review courses.
